Does bloody fluid stand for bleeding?

If answer is yes...
How much blood has lost? => How to correct?
(check vital signs first. Blood pressure? Tachycardia? Tachypnea?)
What causes bleeding? =>How to stop bleeding?
(check CBC, PTT, aPTT)
